Luke Ritchie leads XR & Interactive Arts at Nexus Studios, the BAFTA winning and Emmy nominated film and immersive production studio based in Los Angeles, London, and Sydney.
Leading immersive output since 2012, Luke oversees the team dedicated to harnessing emerging technologies in service of engaging experiences for clients including the Obama administration, Google, Facebook, Samsung, CERN, Magic Leap, and The New Yorker.
Frequently featured on the app store, Nexus Studios are behind some of the most groundbreaking AR experiences of recent years including ‘1600’ for President Obama and BAFTA-nominated ‘The Big Bang’ for Google & CERN, as well as the first AR app for the BBC (‘Civilisations AR’), U2 (‘U2 AR eXPERIENCE’), the iconic HotStepper and the Dallas Cowboys AT&T AR activation.
